HTML email of the day - DoubleDay Books Holiday Flyer
In early December the people at DoubleDay books sent out an HTML email that profiled a set of books that more or less lent themselves to general market holiday gift giving. My more eagle-eyed readers will note that there is an unseemly border around the maroon coloured tower advertising banner that runs along the right hand side.
So I offer a challenge for anyone currently enrolled in
AVIS 180: The first student to show up in my office who can tell me why this error occurred gets a bonus mark on their
learning journal assignment.

HTML email of the day - Canadian Tire Boxing Day Sale
On Boxing Day the marketing department at Canadian Tire sent out a particularly detailed HTML email that profiled many of their sales. As I created the screenshot I was struck at how tall the image is. So I took a moment to measure it inside Photoshop. As best I can tell the image is 2730 pixels tall.

HTML email of the day - Moore's Year End Sale
Among my resolutions for 2009 is to post a new HTML email example every day for the next 365 days. To pull this off I started building posts in the middle of December. Hence all the posts that go live in January were actually uploaded a week before Christmas.
